What: Pack 681 Planning Meeting
When: Thursday, Sept 3, 7pm
Where: Knecht Gym Conference Room
All leaders, committee members and parents of Pack 681 are invited to the 2009-2010 season planning meeting. Our program and calendar has been finalized for this season. In this meeting, we'll prepare for our first few events. Come and contribute your ideas on how to make these events the best they can be for our scouts. Light refreshments will be served.
Please note that the following positions are open. Please volunteer!
Committe Chair (Communicates with rectory and facilitates monthly committee meetings)
Advancement (Purchases, organizes, and reports awards for scouts presented at pack meetings)
Secretary (Secures permits, takes and distributes committee meeting notes, assists with paperwork)
Leadership (Seeks volunteers for various pack leadership positions and activities)
